1. What is Consumption Theory ?

  •            Consumption is any activity that is used for the purpose of taking the usefulness of a product and services. Products and services may include goods or objects, as well as a type of service or services. Consumption activities is intended to meet all the needs that are important or even merely pleasure and satisfaction in real time. Consumer goods are goods that are produced with the intention to be used by the community in meeting their needs. Consumption activities is possible because the person who did the process of production or manufacture. Vice versa, the production activities there because someone conducting consumption of these products.

  •           The actors is : Households, Firms, Goverments, and Foreign resident.

3. Why is consumptions related with income ?


  •           Because In general, the higher the disposable income, the higher the consumption

4. How can Income is major factors for consumptions ?


  •           Because  there's a direct relationship beetwen disposable income and consumption.
